Virgin Active is a global health and fitness brand with over 250 clubs and 1.4 million members. Faced with a highly competitive market, the team needed to generate local leads and reach a specific demographic—people living near their clubs, especially 18–34-year-olds—to drive membership sign-ups.
They ran Facebook lead ads with location targeting, mobile-optimized, auto-filled signup forms and used Custom and lookalike audiences to boost relevance.
