Veet India, a global hair‑removal brand sold in more than 80 countries, wanted to understand whether its Facebook advertising was driving the in‑store sales gains it had seen from a prior multi‑channel campaign. The company’s challenge was to isolate Facebook’s contribution and determine the reach and frequency required to deliver a positive return on media investment.
Veet worked with Facebook Creative Shop to refine video creative, set optimal reach and frequency, and ran a 4‑week Nielsen matched‑market test—showing ads in Delhi and not in a similar control market in Mumbai. The campaign drove an 11% uplift in in‑store sales in the test market and delivered a 1.4X return on investment.
