Sivana is a mindful fashion brand selling spiritual jewelry, apparel, healing crystals and meditation accessories online. To grow revenue, the company set out to acquire new customers who were more likely to make larger first purchases.

Working with Sum Digital, Sivana ran identical Facebook and Instagram campaigns that compared value optimization (which bids higher on users predicted to spend more) against conversion optimization, using pixel data to build a 3% lookalike audience of repeat purchasers while excluding recent buyers and site visitors. The one‑week value‑optimized campaign delivered a 20% higher return on ad spend, a 6% higher average order value and an 11% lower cost per acquisition versus the conversion‑optimized campaign.
