JUNO, a leading Vietnamese women’s shoes and accessories brand that uses Facebook as its main marketing channel, aimed to boost online and offline sales for an International Women’s Day promotion with a target of 100,000 orders.
JUNO ran a full-funnel Facebook campaign—using interest and video ads for awareness, store-visit ads, Facebook pixel-driven Custom Audiences and dynamic retargeting, and lookalike and offline conversion tracking—to guide shoppers from discovery to purchase. The campaign (Feb 20–Mar 8, 2017), which used 90% of its ad budget on Facebook, cut cost per purchase by 50%, doubled overall sales and reached 8 million people.
