A Facebook Case Study
Tree Hut is a San Francisco maker of handmade, nature‑inspired wooden watches that wanted to boost brand awareness and grow online sales by better using the data from its ecommerce platform. The challenge was to turn site behavior into conversions and scale sales beyond its existing markets.
Using Shopify’s Facebook pixel integration and help from agency Blackbird Garage, Tree Hut built Custom and lookalike audiences, ran dynamic carousel ads and targeted a core audience (women 25–34 in the US) to retarget visitors with personalized product creatives. Over a four‑month campaign the brand achieved a 4.1X increase in sales and 4X increase in revenue, hired seven new employees, and established Facebook as its primary driver of online sales.
