Toy Market, the largest independent toy shop in southern New Jersey, needed to boost festive-season footfall and online conversions while raising awareness among local parents. With a strong focus on community events and customer service, the shop set out to attract new and returning customers for its Thanksgiving–Christmas sales and in-store events.
Toy Market ran boosted posts and short video ads highlighting events and products, targeted mothers of young children (and similar profiles) within 40 miles using customer lists, Custom and Lookalike Audiences, and used the Facebook pixel and Page Insights to optimize timing (peaking at 9 pm). The campaign drove a >20% rise in sales over the previous year’s Christmas period, a 35% increase in website visit-to-sales conversion rate, and a 52% lower cost per click versus other channels.
