The Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB), a full-service bank with 48 branches across Saudi Arabia and a refreshed website and mobile apps, ran a summer promotion—covering Ramadan and Eid—to boost credit card applications and awareness. Its challenge was to quickly generate high-quality leads and drive traffic to the promotion page while keeping acquisition costs low.

SAIB used targeted Facebook campaigns—demographic, language, interest and behaviour targeting—along with clicks-to-website ads, reach and frequency controls, boosted posts, conversion tracking, Custom and Lookalike Audiences, and A/B testing to optimise performance. The result was record engagement and efficiency: over 50,000 social engagements, a 2x increase in website page views, an average of 40 leads per day, and the bank’s lowest-ever cost per lead.
