7NXT Health, a fitness and well‑being brand (part of ProSiebenSat.1) focused on programs led by bodybuilder Sophia Thiel, partnered with Facebook to determine whether ad delivery optimised for conversions or for link clicks would better drive sales and signups. The challenge was to identify which optimisation objective would most efficiently increase online purchases and improve budget allocation.

7NXT ran a controlled test—randomised audiences, equal budget and duration, same creative—using the Facebook pixel to fuel conversion optimisation across Facebook, Instagram and the Audience Network. Optimising for conversions tripled online purchases, cut cost per website purchase by 70% and lowered cost per click by 60%, allowing the brand to allocate ad spend far more effectively.
