Perkbox is an employee rewards and engagement platform founded in 2014 to help businesses attract, motivate and retain talent. Its parent company, Huddlebuy, needed to raise brand awareness and generate qualified leads at scale—targeting key decision-makers while also showing engaging content to non-decision-makers—without sacrificing campaign efficiency.

Perkbox used a targeted Facebook strategy combining Lookalike Audiences, Infer lead scoring integrated with Salesforce to build custom seed audiences, and a mix of link, carousel and lead ads with split-testing. It added the Facebook pixel and custom conversion events to prioritize companies with 10+ employees and used oCPM bidding to reach larger-company stakeholders. The approach helped Perkbox scale effectively, becoming the UK’s leading employee engagement platform and delivering a 1.5% click-through rate and a monthly reach of 9.3 million people.
