Tanishq, an iconic Indian jewellery brand with 160 stores in 80 cities and a reputation for purity and innovation, needed to convert an increasingly digital-savvy audience into in-store customers and reliably measure the conversion lift from its digital efforts.

Working with agency 22feet, Tanishq ran Facebook carousel ads featuring macro product shots and a “Shop Now” CTA that drove visitors to sign up for an in-store discount voucher. They tracked conversions with Facebook pixel, retargeted non-signups, and used Custom and Lookalike Audiences to refine targeting. The month-long campaign (Jan–Feb 2016) delivered a 3× higher return on ad spend and a 30% increase in in-store sales among 25–44-year-olds.
