Taking the lead with Facebook lead ads

Yayvo.com, the Pakistani e-commerce arm of logistics firm TCS, offers a wide assortment of products with on-time delivery through online, phone and physical channels. Facing a predominantly male audience, Yayvo’s challenge was to attract more female shoppers, grow its women’s fashion and accessories categories, and increase overall orders.

Yayvo used Facebook lead ads to build a list of interested women, installed the Facebook pixel, and created Custom Audiences and lookalike audiences, then ran carousel and dynamic ads to the new targets and retargeted interested users. The campaign delivered 10,000 leads, doubled female site traffic, increased female shoppers by 47%, and doubled orders in the women’s category.
