BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Europe, a major mobile and home video game publisher behind titles like Tekken 7 and Asterix & Friends, needed to grow its mobile player base and re‑engage existing users to drive in‑app purchases as it expanded the game into new markets.
Working with Addict Mobile, the team ran Facebook mobile app install campaigns, created a Custom Audience of top players and used international Lookalike Audiences after a soft launch to scale acquisition. The December 2016 push delivered 250,000 downloads, 50% more installs than campaign goals and an 8% increase in return on ad spend.
