Racing 92, a leading French Top 14 rugby club, needed to boost online ticket sales for its match against Castres Olympique and wanted to optimize its digital and social strategy to engage fans and drive purchases.
Working with agency Cojecom, the club ran Facebook link ads with A/B messaging, precise location and interest targeting, retargeting of site visitors and past buyers, and lookalike audiences to find new fans. In a 16‑day campaign the approach delivered 94 purchase conversions, €6,941 in revenue and a 12X return on ad spend.
