A Facebook Case Study
Social Blue is a Facebook‑focused performance agency founded in 2013 by Tim Roemer to generate high‑quality leads for clients such as Greenpeace, WWF, HelloFresh and AudioNova. Their challenge was to scale both the quality and quantity of leads across Facebook, Instagram and the Audience Network while keeping acquisition costs low.
They used Facebook Ads, Custom and Lookalike Audiences, the Facebook pixel and the website conversions objective to target and optimise campaigns, generating around 4 million leads across 25 countries. As a result they achieved a 19% increase in conversions and a 22% decrease in cost per action in 2016, and grew the team to 45 full‑time employees.
