A Facebook Case Study
Sinpaş REIT, a Turkish real estate developer with a 41-year track record of building prestigious residential projects, sought to raise awareness and capture quality leads for its new Aydos Country development ahead of launch. While running a broader 360-degree marketing plan that included TV, the company wanted to specifically use Facebook to identify and engage prospective homebuyers.
Using Facebook Ads with Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences (launched on Facebook before other channels), the 30-day campaign drove over 50,000 website visits and more than 6,000 request form submissions. The effort directly generated over €4 million in house sales and delivered the highest return on investment of any social channel.
