ServisHero - Customer Case Study

ServisHero is an online marketplace and mobile app (launched 2015) that connects consumers in Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand with local service providers for cleaning, AC servicing, moving and more. As a young startup it needed to learn its customer profile, increase conversions on Facebook and drive more app installs while keeping acquisition costs low.

Working with agency Creme Digital, ServisHero used location and interest targeting in the Klang Valley, tested core audience segments (finding high engagement among 25–40-year-olds and most job requests from women 30–39), and deployed carousel ads plus a comical 30-second animated video to promote services and the app; it also used Custom and Lookalike Audiences and retargeting. The campaign cut cost per job request by 56%, delivered 32× more mobile app installs and generated 10% more job requests than other ad platforms.
