Coolwinks.com is an Indian online eyewear retailer (founded May 2016) selling affordable prescription glasses and sunglasses. To grow revenue it aimed to shorten the time visitors took to convert by re-engaging site visitors who hadn’t completed purchases.
Using the Facebook pixel and dynamic ads, Coolwinks retargeted visitors with the exact products they’d viewed plus similar items, ran dynamic carousel and link ads, and focused on 18–35-year-olds while using Custom and Lookalike Audiences. The campaign boosted monthly sales by 40%, improved return on ad spend by 98%, and lowered cost per acquisition by 64%.
