A Facebook Case Study
Blanja.com, one of Indonesia’s largest e‑commerce sites with over 500 million products, set out to refresh its brand to better appeal to younger shoppers while maintaining its reputation for trust and service. The challenge was to communicate the rebrand clearly and drive more users to the redesigned platform without losing existing customer credibility.
Blanja.com recut a TV commercial into short, mobile‑optimised video ads that front‑loaded the new logo and slogan "Dunia Tanpa Batas," and ran them on Facebook and Instagram with conversion optimisation and broad targeting (ages 18–50). The campaign reached 24.5 million people and delivered a 7‑point lift in ad recall among women 25–34, a 4‑point lift in purchase intent, and a 2.5× increase in sales.
