eSpoir, a professional makeup brand for Asian skin, set out to relaunch its Be Silk Pro Tailor Foundation and wanted to raise awareness and conversions among millennial women. The challenge was to create viral buzz around the campaign’s key phrase, “the people’s foundation,” and improve purchase intent and conversion rates across Facebook and Instagram.
eSpoir ran a research‑backed, segmented campaign—using influencer-led videos for three age groups, Facebook Canvas, link ads, the Facebook pixel for retargeting, coupons and real‑time optimization. The one‑month effort delivered a 3.36% lift in Facebook conversion rate (Instagram +2.65%), a 24‑point increase in ad recall, and 4‑point lifts in both top‑of‑mind awareness and purchase intent.
