Halodoc is an Indonesian online healthcare app that connects patients with doctors, pharmacists and labs to deliver on-demand medical services. The company aimed to boost awareness of its relaunched app while driving installs and deeper in‑app engagement.

Partnering with agency Valuklik and running the #SEHATDENGANHALODOC campaign, Halodoc used app event optimisation, lookalike and Custom Audiences, carousel and video ads, the Facebook pixel and Audience Network to target high‑value users. Over the campaign period it achieved a 2.1X return on ad spend, halved cost per app registration and grew transactions 4X in eight weeks.
