They used Facebook Pages, Page post link ads, Facebook Offers, Custom Audiences (website pixel), Broad Category targeting and conversion tracking to retarget visitors and promote offers. The campaign doubled click-through rates with Custom Audiences, delivered an 11x return on ad spend in 2013, doubled site referrals from Facebook, increased referred-customer value 3.6x and grew fans by 65% year over year.
