Facing the challenge of building top-of-mind awareness among young couples and renters in their 20s and 30s, the company sought to educate this audience about its services and property features while increasing brand recognition.
DK SELECT ran a two-phase Facebook video campaign (April–June 2017): engagement videos to boost favorability, then retargeting viewers with comprehension videos using Custom Audiences and consistent characters to strengthen familiarity. The campaign delivered strong results—a 12‑point lift in ad recall and brand awareness and a 7‑point lift in brand familiarity.
