Raising awareness and art sales with the Facebook collection ad format

JUNIQE is a Berlin-based online art and lifestyle brand offering curated, affordable wall art, home accessories, gifts and stationery. To make a lasting impression and raise brand awareness among its core shoppers—women in Germany aged 18–60—JUNIQE needed a way to showcase a broad product range and drive more engaged browsing and conversions.

JUNIQE ran Facebook collection ads with Custom and Lookalike Audiences powered by the Facebook pixel, and enhanced creative with Instagram user-generated content plus video and GIFs for higher engagement. The fast-loading, browseable format and targeted audiences delivered strong performance: the campaign (Sept 5–14, 2017) produced an 8.1× increase in return on ad spend and improved click-through rates, prompting the company to scale the format.
