A Facebook Case Study
Bank Central Asia (BCA), Indonesia’s largest private bank, launched Tahapan Berjangka (TAHAKA), a savings product that helps customers reach a target amount by a set date. To determine the most effective way to generate leads and conversions for TAHAKA, BCA tested Facebook lead ads against its website contact form.
BCA split its audience into two groups—one saw Facebook lead ads and the other saw link ads directing users to the website—using the same creative assets and targeting major Indonesian cities. In a two-week test, lead ads produced 2.9× more leads, a 3× lower cost per lead, and a 5× return on ad spend.
