Pumpnom.com is an e-commerce retailer founded in 2013 that curates high-quality baby products, from breast pumps to baby swimming pool sets. Because customers couldn’t touch or test products online, the company faced the challenge of building trust and credibility to drive purchases of its baby swimming pools.
Pumpnom.com ran targeted long-form video ads on Facebook aimed at women aged 25–35 interested in motherhood and parenting, showing a mother and baby using the pool and detailing assembly, safety (BPA-free, 200kg capacity) and product features. The campaign delivered 500,000 video views, doubled website traffic, and generated a 10X increase in sales and a 10X return on ad spend.
