PUFII is a Taiwan-based fashion brand for women aged 18–35 offering affordable, on-trend pieces. Facing the challenge of building brand loyalty and increasing repeat sales, PUFII aimed to raise awareness, drive website traffic, and convert casual browsers into regular customers.
To do this it ran a targeted Facebook strategy—posting regular visual content, using video, photo, link and carousel ads, and applying conversion tracking plus advanced targeting: website Custom Audiences to retarget product browsers, uploaded customer lists to re-engage lapsed buyers, and Lookalike Audiences to find new shoppers. The approach drove stronger engagement and sales: 30% more website traffic, 2× higher click-through rate, 40% lower cost per conversion and a 30% increase in revenue.
