Pomelo is a Bangkok‑based online fashion retailer offering curated street and runway styles from Tokyo, Hong Kong and Seoul to style‑savvy women worldwide. With a large share of traffic coming from Facebook, the company needed to convert those leads, increase return on ad spend and lower cost per acquisition by delivering more relevant, timely ads and avoiding wasted impressions on out‑of‑stock items.
Pomelo partnered with Facebook Marketing Partner Nanigans to run dynamic, data‑driven campaigns: Nanigans built Custom Audiences from site behavior, served dynamic ads from Pomelo’s 1,500‑item catalogue (pausing sold‑out SKUs), and used predictive optimization and creative testing to auto‑allocate budget to top performers and continually refresh creative. Over a four‑month campaign the approach delivered a 12.9X lift in ROAS, a 10X increase in conversions and an 85% reduction in CPA.
