PeoplePerHour is a curated freelance marketplace that connects businesses with remote talent for design, development, copywriting and marketing. Already a recognisable brand, its primary challenge was driving more website traffic and measurable conversions—specifically job listings and awarded hourly jobs—rather than broad awareness.
Working with Reprise Media Athens, PeoplePerHour ran a phased Facebook campaign—starting with awareness to build audiences and then moving to performance ads (single-image, carousel, video) with sophisticated targeting, retargeting, Lookalike and Custom Audiences and full conversion tracking. The campaign delivered strong results: an 80% return on ad investment (28-day window), Facebook drove 15% of site traffic, sales conversion reached ~7% and job-posting leads converted at 9%.
