Peachmode is an India-based online retailer of affordable designer ethnic wear that wanted to more effectively reach its audience and boost sales—aiming to maximise conversions by the end of 2016. Although it had been using dynamic ads to retarget site visitors, the brand needed a strategy to scale beyond its existing audience while keeping acquisition costs low.

Peachmode added carousel and photo ads alongside its dynamic retargeting, used Facebook pixels and conversion tracking, and targeted creatives by age, gender, location and festival-buying behavior (including ads aimed at men buying gifts). The age-specific carousel campaigns expanded reach and improved relevance, cutting cost per conversion by 50%, increasing repeat customers by 25% and delivering 2x higher return on ad spend.
