A Facebook Case Study
HP, a global technology company and India's leading PC and printer brand with over 400 HP World stores and 9,000 retail partners, wanted to convert online discovery into offline purchases by driving footfall to its stores in nine Indian cities.
HP ran photo ads in Facebook’s mobile and desktop News Feed using location targeting and personalized creatives that included the local store name, address, contact details and a link to the store locator. The campaign (May 22–July 31, 2015) produced a 5x increase in traffic to the online store locator and a 25x increase in store-locator searches.
