Nissan Turkey, the local leader in the SUV segment with Qashqai, Juke and X‑Trail, wanted to turn awareness from a recent brand campaign into actual purchases. The challenge was to generate high‑quality, in‑market leads that would convert quickly and cost‑effectively into showroom visits and sales.
Nissan used Facebook lead ads combined with Custom and Lookalike Audiences, pixel retargeting and CRM integration to capture pre‑populated form data and follow up fast. Over five months the campaign reached 80% of its target (5.8M people), collected 20,905 leads, drove 21% of all online‑channel sales, sold 160+ cars, achieved 9.3× lower form‑submission costs (and 2.1× lower cost per sale), with an average 27‑day return time.
