Ngoc Dung is a leading beauty salon in Vietnam offering high‑tech cosmetic services and has been voted the country’s top consumer brand for two years. Facing the challenge of growing its customer base, the salon set out to raise brand awareness across major Vietnamese cities and attract more in‑store clients.

Ngoc Dung ran targeted Facebook video ads for people aged 25+ in major cities, then used the Facebook Pixel to track and retarget the most interested visitors to drive bookings. Over six months (June–December 2016) the campaign delivered 6.6 million video views and helped achieve a 4X increase in overall revenue, a 5X increase in new customers and a 3X jump in website visitors.
