MONOQI is a Berlin-based online retailer that curates time-limited deals from independent designers and limits access to members. To become the leading destination for hand-picked design in key European markets (UK, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands), it needed to scale new member acquisition without sacrificing quality.

MONOQI used Facebook lookalike audiences built from different seed groups, plus carousel, link and lead ads, the Facebook pixel and oCPM bidding to target likely customers. The campaign drove 56% growth in new members, a 22% lower cost per acquisition, a 49% increase in return on ad spend and a 63% lower mobile acquisition cost with lead ads versus link ads, prompting increased ad spend and wider use of lead ads.
