Zingerman’s Delicatessen, a popular Ann Arbor eatery known for made-to-order sandwiches and artisanal foods, wanted to extend conversations with customers beyond its brick-and-mortar store. Zingerman’s used its Facebook Page with regular posts and Promoted Posts featuring mouthwatering visuals, plus Page Publishing and Ads to boost awareness and in-store sales. The campaign delivered a 13x return on ad spend, attracted 45,241 new fans in two years, increased revenue and repeat foot traffic, and often sold out featured items shortly after posting.
