L’Occitane, the premium natural skincare and fragrance brand founded in Provence in 1976, wanted to bring its product stories to life, build stronger brand affinity and drive holiday ecommerce traffic and conversions.
They used Facebook Canvas—immersive mobile ads combining short videos, imagery, informative copy and CTAs targeted to lookalike audiences—to tell ingredient and product stories. The campaign reached 2.3 million people, averaged 34 seconds of engagement, delivered an 11% higher ad recall versus link ads, and drove many viewers to complete the experience and visit the site.
