A Facebook Case Study
Actimel, Danone’s fermented milk drink, aimed to raise brand awareness in France by delivering one core message to multiple audience segments based on life stage, interests and behaviours.
They ran a three‑part campaign across TV and Facebook, splitting audiences into six groups and creating custom 30‑second videos for each, followed by carousel retargeting and lead ads offering recipes and discounts; all creative followed Facebook best practices. The campaign reached 13 million people and produced an 11‑point lift in awareness, a 9‑point lift in ad recall, an 11‑point lift in message association among women 15–34, and a 20% increase in sales among those exposed.
