Les PME recrutent, a Facebook initiative launched with CGPME and Work4, set out to help French small and medium-sized businesses connect with jobseekers and simplify hiring amid rising unemployment. The campaign created a single Facebook Page and Canvas-based application where employers could post vacancies and candidates could apply directly, with a 7-week goal of reaching 30 million French users.

The team drove awareness with video and carousel ads in desktop and mobile News Feed, using Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences and conversion tracking to target relevant candidates. The campaign reached 6 million people, generated 7.3× more applications to SMBs during the period, lifted ad recall by 23 points and produced hires—demonstrating a rapid, measurable boost in recruitment for participating SMEs.
