Lands’ End, a 50‑year American lifestyle brand, wanted to boost summer online sales by attracting women aged 18–65 who had never purchased from the company before. The team measured success by tracking conversion and traffic lift driven specifically by Facebook Ads.

They used Facebook carousel ads in mobile and desktop News Feed, created Lookalike Audiences from a checkout conversion pixel, and optimized creative (switching to garment-only images) based on ad performance. In under a month the campaign drove a 4.4% lift in total sales, a 35.1% increase in new website visits and a 3.2% rise in new customers.
