A Facebook Case Study
La Redoute, France’s leading online retailer for apparel and home décor, launched a new fashion sub-brand, La Redoute Madame, in 2016 and needed to raise awareness and brand favourability among women aged 25–49 while communicating its strong price–quality proposition and “le style à la française.”
Working with Publicis Blue, La Redoute ran an integrated launch across TV, print and out‑of‑home with a focused Facebook program using carousel and video ads, reach & frequency targeting and conversion tracking. The three‑week campaign drove strong results: an 11‑point lift in ad recall (ages 35–49), a 6‑point lift in brand favourability (women 25–34), reached 5 million women aged 25–49, and delivered a substantial return on ad spend.
