A Facebook Case Study
Kit and Ace, a Vancouver label launched in 2014, blends technical performance with luxury materials like its proprietary Technical Cashmere™. The brand’s challenge was to raise awareness of its all-day technical apparel and proprietary fabrics, reach new customers in Canada and the US, and drive both online and in-store conversions.
To do this, Kit and Ace ran a four-week Facebook campaign centered on Canvas with bespoke creative — a short product-use video and an integrated carousel — plus video and News Feed ads, pixel-based targeting and lookalike audiences from purchasers and email subscribers. The campaign delivered strong engagement and sales: an average 36 seconds spent viewing the Canvas ad, under 5% bounce after clicking through, and over 500 offline conversions, outperforming the brand’s ads in other markets.
