A Facebook Case Study
Furlenco is an Indian furniture company that rents designer furniture, décor and appliances. Ahead of Diwali it aimed to introduce the rental model and promote home-makeover packages to urban 21–34-year-olds, using mobile-first creative to shift people from buying to renting and to drive awareness and sign-ups for seasonal packages.
Furlenco ran a full-funnel Diwali campaign (Aug–Oct 2017) using long-form video with the Video Views objective, short GIFs and Instagram Stories, plus the Facebook pixel, dynamic ads, Custom and Lookalike Audiences and automatic placements across Facebook, Instagram and Audience Network. The campaign cut cost per acquisition by 50%, doubled reach and tripled click-through rate.
