9FIVE is a luxury eyewear brand (est. 2009) that uses premium materials and has expanded into watches, apparel and accessories. Looking to grow global sales and find new customers, the company aimed to scale performance beyond its domestic market, with particular focus on Australia and Canada.

Working with agency SocialWithin, 9FIVE ran an always‑on Facebook campaign that used the Facebook pixel to build a Custom Audience of product viewers (non‑buyers) and served dynamic ads showing the exact product each person viewed. The team created international Lookalike Audiences from Australian and Canadian customers, segmented by region, and tailored creative and promotions accordingly. The campaign delivered a 3.8X return on ad spend, a $20 CPA (40% below the $50 goal) and a 2.6X lift in ROAS, reaching thousands of new customers.
