A Facebook Case Study
Huy Thanh Jewelry, a Vietnamese jeweler founded in 2014, launched the Promis wedding ring collection aimed at couples aged 18–35 and needed to turn awareness into online sales. The challenge was to introduce the new collection to the right audience and drive measurable purchases.
The brand ran emotive video ads showing wedding moments and ring close-ups, then used Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, the Facebook pixel and targeted link ads (focusing on affluent 18–35s in Hanoi and Da Nang) to retarget video viewers and site visitors. In six weeks the campaign reached about 3 million people, produced a 3.6× increase in sales and cut cost per sale by half.
