Godrej Properties, a 119-year-old developer, promoted its 200-acre Godrej Garden City in Ahmedabad and needed to boost local awareness and lead generation — targeting a 40% increase in enquiries and 20% more sales — while overcoming India’s linguistic and regional diversity to reach the right prospects.
They ran Facebook lead ads with mobile-friendly forms, used location and interest targeting plus Gujarati-language creatives, and built a Custom Audience of top leads to create Lookalike Audiences. From December 2015 to March 2016 the campaign produced a 5.8x increase in leads, a 5.5x lower cost per lead overall, and a 40% lower cost per lead using Gujarati banners.
