Garena used Facebook Custom Audiences to target registered players who hadn’t logged in for 14+ days with mobile app engagement ads showing exciting in‑game events and offering virtual currency or gifts to return. The campaign delivered a 3.5× return on ad spend, a 21% increase in new payers and a 63% higher ARPPU over the campaign period.
