Kees Smit Tuinmeubelen is a three‑generation, family‑run garden furniture retailer in the Netherlands. Facing the challenge of growing brand awareness, increasing online sales and generating more showroom visits, the company sought a targeted digital approach to attract quality traffic and leads both online and in‑store.

Kees Smit used Facebook video ads to tell its brand story, carousel ads from its product catalogue to drive relevant website traffic, and dynamic ads plus the Facebook pixel and showroom photo ads to retarget browsers and encourage in‑person visits, supported by Lookalike Audiences and Audience Network. The campaign (Feb–July 2017) produced a 2.6× increase in showroom visits year‑over‑year, a 22× return on ad spend and 12.5% of total online sales attributed to Facebook.
