A Facebook Case Study
Ford Motor Company Philippines, a leading automotive brand offering passenger, SUV, performance and truck models, wanted to grow brand consideration among new car shoppers and motivate them to take test drives to boost sales across five key models. The challenge was generating high‑quality leads for high‑value purchases that typically take time to convert, especially as most potential customers were engaging on mobile.
Working with agency Mindshare, Ford used Facebook lead ads with model‑specific creative and audience targeting (age, interests and behavior) to let mobile users express interest with pre‑filled forms in just a few taps. Running April–June 2016, the campaign delivered a 4.3X increase in leads versus all of 2015, a $0.40 cost per lead, and a 22X lower cost per lead compared with other digital channels.
