Flyrobe is an Indian app-based fashion rental service offering western and ethnic wear for short-term rental, including same-day bookings and custom fittings. After launching in late 2015, the company needed to raise awareness, educate consumers about the rental concept, attract first-time renters, and reduce customer acquisition costs.

Over a two-month Facebook and Instagram campaign, Flyrobe used Instagram to recruit designers, then ran carousel ads with testimonials, interest-based targeting (fashion, technology, influencer followers), Custom Audiences retargeting by website behavior, and mobile app ads with offers. The campaign cut cost per acquisition 8X with dynamic ads and 2X with Custom Audiences.
