B.TECH, Egypt’s largest consumer electronics retailer (68 stores plus an expanding online shop), set out to raise awareness and drive both online and in-store sales over the Black Friday period.
They ran a month-long Facebook campaign using carousel ads with their product catalogue, targeted 20–45 year-olds via Audience Insights, and used automatic placements across Facebook, Instagram and Audience Network. The campaign drove website traffic, reached 6.2 million people, delivered a 2X year‑over‑year increase in total sales, a 20% sales lift from the carousel format, and a 50% higher return on ad spend.
