3Claps is a Korea-based online kids’ fashion store specializing in occasion dresses and accessories for girls aged 6 months to 10 years. To grow online sales it sought to acquire customers in the US (New York, LA) and Hong Kong while encouraging existing customers to buy more.

Using Facebook and Instagram ads with optimized placements, 3Claps targeted Lookalike Audiences based on purchasers from the prior 90 days and ran carousel tests to surface winning products. A Facebook pixel enabled Custom Audiences and dynamic retargeting (including cross-sell and up-sell), while email lists were used for special-offer campaigns — collectively delivering a 5X return on ad spend for dynamic ads, a 43% reduction in cost per purchase, a 79% improvement in purchase conversion rate, and 60% of total sales coming from Facebook and Instagram.
